A little girl goes to the aquarium with her
mother and asks if they will see a shark.
When the little girl sees a shark, she starts to sing the catchy “Baby Shark”
song. As other sharks join the baby
shark, other kids join the little girl and sing all the parts to the song,
including the baby, mom, dad, grandma and grandpa shark. When the sharks start to chase the kids, they
run back to their parents.
If you have
any little people in your life, you know this song is a big hit. As cute as the song is, that is what makes
this book appealing, not the illustrations.
The illustrations are simple, not unappealing, just nothing over the top
special. I think younger readers will go
for this book because they want to have their parents sing the shark song to them.
