Leo loved to dance but his glasses usually fell off and ruined dance class. Uncle Mo, who was in town for a rubber band conference, came to take him home from dance class and said that he was going to babysit him that night. Uncle Mo was very strict. Just when Leo was thinking he had the worst uncle ever, their car magically traveled to The Secret Society of Aunts and Uncles. Uncle Mo had to take tests and learn how to be an awesome Uncle, but it wasn't working. Then Leo decided to show him how he loved to dance and his glasses fell off and ruined everything. What did Uncle Mo do to help Leo?
The Secret Society of Aunts and Uncles is a clever magical adventure into what it means to be an Aunt or Uncle. I liked the message of how family can find joy and love in something very simple. The illustrations are funny and witty.
