A little girl spends the day with her mother doing ordinary things, getting ready, going for a walk, eating breakfast, eventually going to bed and thinking about her day. However, because she is doing them with Mama, everything is wonderful!
The opening Lines: "Good Morning to you" - - my mama sang that to me too! How sweet to remember that special relationship a daughter has with her mother. I loved Cabrera's illustrations as well as the text. She described what things look like, what they sound like (onomatopoeia) how they are different, what is the same. A delightful read to share with a child, especially your own.
