You would think that a non-fiction book about animal eyes would be best with photographs as illustrations. But Bersani’s illustrations are so gorgeous – they feel much better than photographs. Of course, Pallotta uses his characteristic humor to lift the information to another interactive-with-chuckles level. He even includes eye-related idioms on each page. The cover will draw the readers in, and the book itself will hold their attention. I can just imagine these pages on the big screen through a data projector.
