Willow is a little rabbit who prefers to stay in her house, an abandoned mailbox. Outside is just too scary. But, one day, someone put a letter in the mailbox and Willow reads it. it's to the moon from a little boy, asking the moon to shine especially bright on his mom's birthday. Willow decides to brave the outside and deliver the letter to the moon herself.
Beautiful illustrations highlight this sweet story. I loved the magical elements - especially when Willow was flying on the back of a bird. Shy Willow is a perfect bedtime story.
