Jenny Chow has a problem. She cannot figure out how to use chopsticks! And she cannot be embarrassed again at her cousin’s birthday bash/chopstick competition party. With a little bit of practice and a STEAM maker mindset, will Jenny find a solution in time?
A fun story about trial and error, Tricky Chopsticks would be a great read aloud in a STEM class or in a design thinking challenge. I also really liked the Chinese onomatopoeia words interspersed throughout the storyline, I thought it was a nice touch.
