Have you ever wanted to make your own embroidered picture? This great kit has everything you need not only to get started, but to finish and have a piece of handmade fiber art to frame in your room.
I put the fabric in the hoop, tightened it, traced the pattern onto the muslin and was ready to get started in minutes. The instructions were very clear and really supportive - lots of positive statements and tips on how to do things, including adapting the pattern to make it your own, and how to display it when you're done. Includes full instructions with full color pictures, hoop, fabric, thread and 1 needle. This would work in a makerspace because the fabric isn't pre-printed, and the instructions are accessible for independent crafting from about 5th grade and up. I'm so proud of this piece I can hardly stand it!
