The story follows children, families, and trucks as they make their way to the library for Big Truck Day. 

The rhyming text and bright, bold illustrations make the book appealing. I like that the story features a library. However, the book left me a little confused. Until I read the description of the book online, I did not realize that the story is about a community book drive and the grand opening of the new bookmobile. There is a concise history of bookmobiles at the end of the book that adds interest.
