A young girl enjoys going outside in the rain. She talks to the rain telling it how much the birds appreciate it and how she loves splashing in it with her brother. She tells the rain about how much her garden needs it, and how much they use the water at home. Then she decides there is enough rain for now and that it should stop. When the rain does stop, she enjoys the sunshine, Soon, there is too much sunshine and it becomes too hot. The little girl longs for the rain again.
