This sweet book is shaped like a childs hand project of a turkey. It features little messages about what a child might be thankful for: home, family, food, friends, love and being themselves. It features families of all colors: pink, blue, purple, and green. It ends with the message of Happy Thanksgiving.

This is an adorable book, and even my one year old was all about it. The shape and colors are appealing, the words are simple and sweet. A pre-K teacher could use this book as a craft and lesson on Thanksgiving. The children could re-create the hand shaped Turkey and write or draw a simple message of what they are thankful for.
