about her sense of hearing. Her guitar string vibrates to make sounds that she
can hear but not see. She learns about amplitude, frequency, sound waves, the
parts of the ear and more. Features bright colorful illustrations.
Not a great
read for a pre-k child. Its far too technical and wordy without being engaging.
I have reviewed board books on nature topics that managed to be a great choice
for a young reader, but this series, and this book are not easy reads. I think
the content would be better for a picture book for lower elementary. The
illustrations are bright and very nice.
