How did Santa find his reindeer? Follow Dasher as she escapes from a traveling circus and follows her nose to the far north to find a place where snow is on the ground all year round. Along the way she runs into a man whose horse is tired from pulling a heavy sleigh. When Dasher steps up to help, it changes the life of her entire herd family.
A sweet little addition to a Christmas-themed picture book collection. While the story is not Tavares at his best, it still could be a nice inspiration for a Christmas themed movie.
