Cake has been invited to his first party and struggles with what to wear. He finally finds the perfect outfit. He puts on his new outfit and rides his bike to the party. He has fun till his his candles start burning and he feels a draft. He is not so sure about this party anymore.
The book was OK. The illustrations are cute and the story is told with both words and pictures. I think very young children might like "reading"the story just with the pictures and the having the words in the book read to them after. Lots of good discussion with the children could happen after this activity.
