What to Do When Fear Interferes by Claire A. B. Freeland - ESSENTIAL

BUYING ADVISORY: EL - ESSENTIAL

AUDIENCE APPEAL: AVERAGE

This is a thorough guide for young readers to take them through tackling their fears. The book is very action oriented with instructions, examples, and then space for the kids to fill out their own thoughts.

I love that this book offers in-depth information, instead of a quick validation of fears. I labeled this as a picture book, but there are chapters and these chapters build carefully on each other. I have already ordered other books in this series for my kids, who loved this one (What to Do When You Worry Too Much, What to Do When Mistakes Make You Quake).
