If confronted by a curmudgeon, what can you do?
I don’t like this book, because it puts all of the burden on
soothing the cranky person on someone else. The only way this crank
changes is when the other person gets hurt by their thoughtless actions. And
then the hurt person is now the curmudgeon and must be soothed by someone else.
None of that is either friendship or good parenting. This one is a MISS.
