Little Mouse is warned by a rabbit that going to play in the woods is dangerous, but Little Mouse enters the woods with confidence. Little Mouse passes a wolf, a bear, and a moose but is not afraid. When she sees a little house she goes in and sees a cat and is so scared she runs out of the forest.
We all got a little chuckle out this book, but it is not a book we will pick up for a second read. Everything is just average about this book. Averagely attractive illustrations. Averagely humorous story. Averagely likable characters.
