This workbook walks a reader/writer through being aware of their own personality and their likes and dislikes and then translating that knowledge to reflecting on a sibling’s personality and how that may create a variety of different interactions and emotions.
Because this workbook spends a lot of space having the reader identify their own personality, I think it will easily draw a young reader in and they will stay for the experience of going deeper into sibling relationships. This series of workbooks are delightfully nonjudgmental. For example, in this workbook it didn’t label interactions as negative, but focused mostly on just seeing and understanding what is going on. I labeled this as “optional” because of the single use nature of a journal.
