Cliff couldn’t excel at anything of the things that made for being a good troll, so when he failed out of troll school, he could have been devastated. Instead he followed his heart and set up for pirate school. Along the way he even picked up Polly the banana slug, who made a very good parrot alternative. Could the odd couple survive the dangerous world of pirates?
Cliff is adorkable! Yep, I said adorkable. So earnest and filled with grit. Kids will like the bright illustrations, Cliff’s sense of humor and his determination. Worthy addition to any “Talk Like A Pirate” day celebration, too.
