BUYING ADVISORY: EL (K-3) - NOT RECOMMENDED
AUDIENCE APPEAL: LOW
There are many items of various colors, but the authors want to convince you they are red, when, indeed, only a couple of things are. The reader is given false logic and then called crazy for not believing it. Eventually they are told that they have to believe grown ups.
This is supposed to be one of those read aloud books where the kids disagree and shout out their own answers. It goes on too long, makes no sense and treats the children like they are stupid. I'll pass.
