A young boy and his Grandpa go for a walk in the woods. They find moose droppings and try to find the moose itself. They discover other animals and plants during their walk. But will they find the moose?
Finding Moose would be good to read before a science lesson about nature. I just didn't think the story or the pictures were very engaging. I did like that the book tells us the English and Ojibwemowin names of the animals and plants. The Ojibwe are a tribe in Canada. The little boy and the Grandpa are Ojibwemowin.
