Snow comes down and covers the ground and everything is peaceful. Two children burst out of their house so excited for a snow day. They build snow forts, and have snowball fights. They go sledding and when they get too cold, they make it inside for some hot chocolate. But off they go out again. They forgot to do something of great importance.
The Snowball Fight is a humorous ode to the pleasures of a snowy day outside. I really enjoyed Lichtenheld's entertaining and simple illustration's encompass all the antics and feelings of a day in the snow.
