The unique homes of varying animals are represented with poetry and detailed artwork.
Each poem is written in 1st person voice, as though the bird or insect or mammal was showing the reader their home. The illustrations are beautiful, I want to look up a photograph of each, but feel I don't need to. The only thing I don't love is the size; narrow and tall, so it doesn't fit nicely on the shelves. Unfortunately that makes it an optional purchase for me.
