When the baby sister cried so long and so loud, and the parents have tried everything, all the neighbors are up all night and no one is happy. Then grandma arrives.

The story was clever, with neighbors bringing things to quiet the child and what happened to each. Camp's illustrations appear to have been done by the child telling the story, which adds an element of whimsey. Grandma's solution was exactly what my mother would have done. All in all, I'm not sure how appealing it will be to children, and it's another tall and narrow book, which are hard to put on library shelves.
