BUYING ADVISORY: Pre-K, EL (K-3) - ESSENTIAL
AUDIENCE APPEAL: HIGH
Two friends, Albertini and George are shipwrecked. All their crew is gone. Albertini and George sail on the remnants of the big ship they had been in. One bad thing after another happen and Albertini complains and bemoans the situations as they come along. But, George, always the optimist constantly answers with: "It Could Be Worse!"
Loved it! Sometime we need to look on the bright side and this little book shows children that most of the time things could be much worse. The illustrations are colorful and fun. The story is simple, yet great. I highly recommend this book, especially on a day when things seem dark and gloomy. We all need to be reminded that most of the time it could be worse.
