King Leonard only ever uses things once -- why not throw it away when you can buy a new one? But that won’t work with King Leonard’s teddy bear. Can anyone fix his teddy?
The blatant message in the end made me chuckle: King Leonard teaches readers that it is both fun and important to reduce, reuse, and recycle. I didn’t know that lesson was coming, and Swan’s cleverness was appreciated.
