AUDIENCE APPEAL: AVERAGE

Livy hasn’t been to visit her grandmother in Australia in five years. Now that she’s back she’s having a hard time remembering much from her first visit. Turns out she forgot something exceptionally important.
Bob has been living in a bedroom closet for five years waiting for Livy to return. She told him to stay put and she would be back soon; so he waited.
Livy it shocked to find a little green creature living in the closet of her mother’s old bedroom. Bob claims to know Livy and claims she promised to help him figure who, and what, he is. He wants to go home and it’s up to Livy to help him solve the mystery.

An original book that will be fun for young readers. Sepia toned illustrations compliment the story and bring to life an otherworldly mystery. The character of Bob provides fantastic comic relief for some of the more serious themes of accepting change, being brave, and true friendship.
