Starting with crocodiles, but including gorillas and snakes and other dangerous and scary animals, this book explains that all these creatures need love. The book concludes by talking about children, a sometimes scary creature, and how children need love too.
I really wish there was accurate information here about how animals show love. Sharks don’t really kiss. This silliness undermined the message that every creature deserves love. The illustrations are darling and very compatible with the good night story genre.
