Blast From the Past-Bell’s
Breakthrough is about four children who have a teacher that is an inventor.
Their teacher created a time machine, and these children go back in time in
order to help someone of importance do what something historically magnificent and
noteworthy. In this particular book, the children must go back in time and help
Alexander Graham Bell invent the phonograph, so that we can continue to have
telephones. Bell is frustrated and about to give up on his invention, and the
children go back in time to help and encourage him.
Blast From the Past-Bell’s
Breakthrough is a wonderful way to teach children history in a relatable way.
It is very entertaining for the reader, and keeps the reader interested. As a
child reads Blast From the Past-Bell’s
Breakthrough, they learn many facts about actual history without realizing
they are learning.
