These two school stories were adapted from the original television show. One details Martha's tumultuous time as a substitute teacher. The other has Martha helping a girl with her Spanish homework.
As is the case with many books adapted from television, these stories seem to be lacking in heart, depth, and plausibility. Still, fans of the show may enjoy these.
