Along the Australian Coastline, underwater reefs are bustling with the most amazing sea creatures and many are found nowhere else on earth. Incredible facts are found throughout the rest of the book. The sea creatures mentioned are different kinds of dolphins, eels, fish, handfish, jellyfish, kunes, kanga nudibranchs, leafy sea dragons, mollusks, giant tritons, cuttlefish, giant clams, octopuses, parrotfish, peacock mantis shrimp, Queensland groupers, rays, sea stars, turtles, urchins, violet sea apples, whale sharks and more.

A Is For Australian Reefs is a fascinating book about sea creatures that live around Australian reefs. The text is full of incredible facts. I enjoyed the beautiful colorful illustrations along with the fun facts. I thought I would brush through it, but I found myself wanting to read every fact on every page.
