BUYING ADVISORY: Pre-K - ADVISABLE
AUDIENCE APPEAL: AVERAGE
A tumbleweed journeys through a desert crossing paths with a variety of desert animals cacti and insects. It eventually grows roots, blooms, and then blows away again.
This would be a good book for early readers with only two words per page. The illustrations are colorful and engaging. At the end of the book, there is a picture glossary of all the plants, animals, and insects mentioned in the book with their names. The last page provides fun facts about tumbleweeds.
