This book uses Dr. Seuss-like illustrations to get kids excited about helping the Earth. Each chapter has ideas and activities that children can do to protect the Earth. Everything from what you eat, wear and how to celebrate holidays is discussed in an Earth-friendly way.
The text would be appropriate for 2nd through 4th-grade readers. I think this book would be an excellent resource for kids around Earth Day. The illustrations are bright and fun. The activities are engaging. It would be a good addition to a school or classroom library. Most ethnicities are represented in this book.
