10yo Abby is becoming increasingly irritable with her family. Turns out she is not the only person experiencing frustration. Mayor Good Boy might have an evil brother wreaking havoc on the town. Perhaps Abby and her brother can put aside their differences to help.

While the art is catchy and colorful, the story is pretty straightforward without any surprises. There was a lot of farting and pooping references that didn't add to the humor. This is a fast read and the message that it's okay to make mistakes is good. If you are a fan of the series, read on about a dog who always tries to do his best.
