BUYING ADVISORY: Pre-K - OPTIONAL
AUDIENCE APPEAL: LOW
This is a very simple story of a bunny delivering eggs to other animal friends at the pond, in the garden and on the farm for Easter.
The board book is in the shape of a rabbit, which is unique and may be fun for little hands. The soft illustrations are pretty and perfect for spring and Easter. This is definitely intended for toddlers and preschoolers. It's little more than a list of animal names in a very basic story, told in slightly forced rhyme. It would be good for filling an Easter basket if you need a little something extra for a young child, but I suspect this would be a one- or two-time read with a toddler and then it would be forgotten.
