Horse is so confident on the ice! He can do lots of tricks, like leaping and spinning. But then a fall on the ice finds Horse needing Buggy's help.
Ethan Long's illustrations are the greatest. I loved Horse & Buggy on Ice so much! Part of Holiday House's I Like to Read guided reading series, the text perfectly accompanies the illustrations. A delightful winter read, but also a great story of helping out a friend in need.
