Herbert the alligator loves people - they are his favorite snack. But when his family moves to the suburbs so that his mom can pursue her dream job of pastry chef, Herbert is going to have to change his ways - or the whole family will be run out of town.
Kids will love Herbert’s dreams of eating people and the illustrations are macabre without being gory. Similar in theme to Higgins We Don’t Eat our Classmates, with a longer text and more childish illustrations.
