Silent Night is a very beautifully illustrated version of the song Silent Night. Hawthorne celebrates the magic of Christmas and the world's diversity. I loved the graphic style and the different patterns used.
Mary, Joseph, and the baby are depicted with black skin. All the angels, shepherds, and others are shown with many different shades of skin.
