He went upstairs for a snooze under a whole bunch of mattresses. A grumpy hungry princess came along and tried to sleep on top of all those mattresses. The pea is in for a big surprise.

The Princess and the (Greedy) Pea is a delightful mash-up of "The Princess and the Pea" and "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly". The bouncy rhyme and funny bold illustrations are very enjoyable as well as the surprise ending.
