Zed and the rest of the Adventuere’s Guild have saved the elves, but Zed is in serious trouble and no one else knows it. In order to save the day he made a pact with the witch Malkiva and now she has complete control of his body. And this isn’t the first time she’s done this. Over the centuries she has possessed many other, causes havoc all over the worlds. It may be through using Zed that she finally gets what she wants to Terryn forever.
Night of Dangers is a much stronger book than #2 was. From the afterword it sounds like this may be the last of the series. I’m glad it went out on a high note!
