Fox and his friends are spring cleaning their houses and the neighborhood. When Fox falls asleep that night he dreams the moon is gone, only to find that it is indeed missing in real life. After a community search party is organized they realize that rabbit has taken the moon to polish it and is ready to put it back in the sky.
This would be a lovely book to read at bedtime. The pictures are cute and friendly without being busy. The dialogue in the book was a little confusing, but other than that it is a soothing read. It may also be a book that provides some comfort to those scared of the dark, knowing they can always look for the moon.
