AUDIENCE APPEAL: AVERAGE
It’s Norman’s first day in day care and his shyness is keeping him from joining in the fun. Then, Mrs. Beak assigned Norman a partner for a performance. Norman did not feel brave enough to act in front of others, but with Jake’s encouragement, maybe he can pull it off.
While the storyline in this book is average, the illustrations keep the reader going. Julian’s depictions of darling dinosaurs make it an easy read.
