A group of colorful pieces of chalk feel betrayed when they see that someone has stolen their creations. Eventually they meet a suspectful character and learn he has been erasing their work. Instead of working against each other, they decide to have fun and play together.
Seeing chalk dust as art is a lovely contribution of this book in a generation that may have very little interaction with chalk. Because of this lack of chalk in smart board classrooms, this book may fall a bit flat with readers.
