The witch introduces us to her varied witchy friends and their menagerie of familiars. Each familiar and each witch is unique and interesting to behold.

I enjoyed the variety of witches and familiars.  Suddendorf (also the translator) uses a few hefty vocabulary words that young readers will need some help defining.  The only thing I don’t understand is why she ended her book on a negative note - send a big diss out about cats.
