How do animals kiss goodnight? Written with imagery and alliteration, this board book shows how mama and papa animals say goodnight to their young. Pythons and their hatchlings kiss while waggling around, while elephants shower their young with water from the trunks. How do sloths say goodnight? How long does it take? This is a great bedtime book for toddlers.

I liked Paul’s book because the illustrations were cute. It used onomatopoeias, rhyming words, and alliteration. It was predictable and kept revisiting the fact that it takes sloths so long to say goodnight to their young.
