Hank is eagerly waiting for Trash Truck to come by on trash day. Hank has a very busy day and when he finally gets to Hank’s house, Hank isn’t there.
Billed as a My First Reader, I thought the vocabulary was pretty ambitious for a beginning reader - more like a level 2 or 3. The story is obviously a recounting of a story from the tv show, complete with the illustrations from the screen. It feels boring, not interesting. I prefer the books that Keane wrote and illustrated as independent stories.
