The animals all over the forest and farms are using different pieces of heavy machinery to accomplish their needs for the day.
Konnecke uses a wry touch of humor for each animal’s story. I wouldn’t read this out loud, but like a Richard Scarry book, each two-page spread can be enjoyed alone. Konnecke also includes facts about the machines and sometimes the activity.
