The animals start waking from their winter hibernation, and following an instinct, they troop to the top of the Hill towards Something important. 

I enjoyed the animals' journey and waking each animal in turn as they get nearer to the Something. The end, however, is very flat and disappointing. I won't tell you what it is. I have read much better picture books about spring.
