This is your classic Old MacDonald tune and pattern, but about life with a baby instead of sounds on a farm. The dad depicted with the baby seems to be have fun, with a few unpleasant duties mixed in. 

I really loved that this was all about a dad and a baby and the day to day parenting duties. On the very last page of the book we see the partner drive up at the end of the day and it is another dad, offering a very gentle portrayal of family systems some readers may be unfamiliar with. This book was fun to read aloud, but not particularly aesthetically pleasing - the baby with no neck was not very cute.
