In this wordless picture book, a little dandelion has the face of a lion and goes on an adventure all through the city. He rides trains and visits the movie theater until he floats off with all of the other dandelions.
This story is a little bit slow but it is fun to picture a dandelion as a little lion. The illustrations have a beautiful and realistic sketch-like quality to them. The worldlessness works perfectly with this fantastical story that is rooted in a common natural occurrence.
