Doki and Kebi, 601-year old magical goblins, decide to be adventurous and move from Korea to New York City. Doki is content reading books, but Kebi is sad. He had tried making friends without success. Kebi had tried playing tricks on the humans in the city, but no one had noticed him mixing up the trains, breaking stop lights, and spreading smoke in the streets. Doki agrees to put down his books and help Kebi. Will Kebi finally be noticed by someone?
Cha tells a humorous story with many visual jokes. I liked Cha's heartwarming message that when you are feeling sad and alone, all you need is just one person who loves you. Great comic book style illustrations show off the cute characters and situations.
